TERMS OF SERVICE

1. THE BUSINESS
These terms apply to all purchases made through SUKE Clothing, a UK-based retailer of manga-inspired streetwear. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and monitor calibration.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm payment via our checkout flow. You will receive an order number as confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. A full refund will be issued in any such case.
4. PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments UK Ltd. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment card data is never stored by SUKE — it is handled solely by Stripe on their PCI-DSS compliant platform.
5. SHIPPING
We ship from the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on your order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders above the threshold shown at checkout. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee applies as displayed.
For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's authorities upon delivery. These are not included in our prices and are outside our control.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at hello@suke.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Items returned in a worn, washed, or damaged condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
7. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for faulty items.
8. LIABILITY
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your purchase.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
